With both parents’ real names also beginning with R – Robyn and Rakim – fans speculated that the name of their second child could follow suit.

And according to reports – it has – Riot Rose Mayers.

While the inspiration for the name isn’t clear, A$AP Rocky, 34, does have a song of the same name. The lyrics “Called your baby mama up, yep, I nighty-night it”, could have been a hint at the name.

Rihanna has said previously that becoming a mother has made her feel she can “take on the world”.
